The Mission light is a classic in the Prairie and Arts & Crafts decor. Cherry Tree Design's version is unique in its square mortised holes which lend it a castle tower or lighthouse effect. Its solid wood base provides weight while displaying the natural grain swirls of the hardwaood and is finished with a flared pyramidal shape. On the 30" table version, of this light the base and body are noticeably larger for even more dramatic effect.
