At the time of checkout, customers will be directed to a secure gateway site for providing credit card information. With this process, OPHH will receive payment but will not receive actual credit card information. Therefore, if a customer requires any customization beyond the capability of this website or will want to add or modify items after the initial order, then credit card information will need to be provided by phone. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO US.

NOTE: YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF PLACING YOUR ORDER. Many of our items are made to order and can take several weeks. In order to protect our business, we must charge at the time of the order at this time.

If your order requires customization or if you are unsure about any costs, then we reccomend calling us to place your order. You can also email a list of items you would like and we would be happy to put your order together for you. You can then call us (or we can call you) for credit card information.

PayPal

At the time of checkout, customers will have the option of selecting PayPal as a payment option and be directed to PayPal for providing payment. With this process, OPHH will receive payment and ship to information only. Therefore, if a customer requires any customization beyond the capability of this website or will want to add or modify items after the initial order, then we reccomend calling us to place your order and can send an invoice to you manually from PayPal.

Personal Check or Money Order

At the time of checkout, customers will have the option of selecting Check or Money Order as a payment option for providing payment. With this process, OPHH will receive your order. Your order will be placed on hold until your check is received.

Other Options

At the time of checkout, customers will have the option of selecting "Contact me for payment information", or "I will contact OPHH with payment information". Oak Park Home & Hardware will receive your order and hold the order until we receive payment information. Customers can also select "Consider this order a quote request" and we'll respond with an overall quote.
