For your convenience, we have listed some common questions and answers that often arise.

How long has OPHH been in business?

We began as an "online only" store in June of 2001.

Are you a manufacturer?

(A)
No. We are essentially a retailer (or etailer). We are however Designers and have strong relationships with Individual Craftsmen, and small companies who produce the items we offer. This allows us the ability to execute custom work for our customers.

Do you represent the Mission style only?.

(A)
We specialize in Craftsman, Arts & Crafts, Mission, and Prairie styles. Many of our products are also geared for Tudor Manor and Cottage styles. Recently, we have expanded our lighting lines with a more Contemporary feel.

Do you stock these items?

(A)
Many of our items have many options and made to order. Therefore, it is not practical to pre-select options and hold stock. We do however stock many small items such as some doorbells, house numbers, mailboxes, and switch plates. Many of our suppliers do stock some items and will drop ship direct to our customers for us.

What is the lead time for your products?

(A)
Lead times vary greatly from manufacturer to Craftsman, and from product to product. In many cases, the options selected will also determine the lead time. We have some products that take only one week before shipping. And we have some items that can take up to 10-14 weeks such as custom rugs. We have a slogan...."Good Things Are Worth Waiting For."

What if I receive my item and I do not like it just isn't right for the space?.

We cannot stress this enough...Please Read Our Returns Policy. We do everything possible to help our customers in their decisions in order to make sure they are making the best possible decisions. Because of this, we have extremely low return attempts. Many of our items are made to order according to our customer's selections and non-returnable. Or there may be a very high restocking fee. Many of our item are however returnable.

Do you ship Internationally?.

Yes. We can ship to certain International locations. We do however, examine the origins of the order very carefully and screen/confirm with the customer first. We have shipped to Canada, UK, Japan, and Australia. Shipping for International orders are quoted or our customer will pay "actual shipping costs" without any mark up. International customers are fully responsible for any possible tax, tariff, or customs fees (upon delivery or residual).
